It is that time of the year again, when the IIM’s are extending deadlines. But in every problem there is an opportunity. Here is how I plan to make that work for me.

Starting next year, I plan to start up a website, call something like www.betthecat.com. The idea would be to charge everybody Rs 10, and let them guess the exact time at which the CAT results would be out. My plan would allow me to give out prizes of Rs 5000 to the first 100 winners who guess it to the exact minute.
